Muy agradable

El hotel está muy limpio , el personal no puede ser más agradable , el desayuno bufet correcto y la piscina y sus jardines son maravillosos . Además te dan pastas y aperitivo además de agua en todo momento . Nos llevo el coche del hotel a la estación de Tren sin querer cobrarnos nada . Muy buena relación calidad precio .

fantasía en medio del caos

las instalaciones están fenomenal, pasamos un día de relax después de mucho ajetreo en el viaje. la piscina está limpia y cuidada. la habitación es estupenda. el personal es encantador y el desayuno estaba bastante bien.

nada. por decir algo que no tuvimos suerte en el safari y no vimos tigres porque había llovido los días anteriores y estaba todo lleno de barro pero vimos un oso en su lugar!

Pleasant, enjoyable stay with excellent food and friendly staff

Warm welcome, very friendly staff all through, excellent buffet breakfast, buffet lunch, buffet dinner, delicious evening snacks, etc. Resort style settings, well maintained. They even packed our breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning around 6 am. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay, highly recommend the hotel.

Great place to access tiger safaris

Great place to stay on our road trip between Jaipur and Shivpuri. Ideally located for Tiger Safaris (saw tigers in the morning NOT afternoon!). The Ranthambore fort a free bonus activity was well worth seeing.. The hotel gardens were a peaceful oasis - we saw an Owlet in one of the trees.. Great sized rooms with outside space for lounging overlooking the gardens. Good pool area and the free tea and coffee and amuse bouche in the late afternoon was a nice touch. The buffet dinner had a good variety, as did the breakfast.

Le service et plus particulierement la gentillesse et la competence des deux serveurs du restaurant Pramiod et Trilok qui ont ete au petits soins avec nous.

Le buffet du restaurant ne propose pas des plats continentaux. La restauration s'adresse surtout à une clientelle vegetarienne. Heureseument ils se ratrappent au petit dejeuner.

Memorable stay while we got a glimpse of the tiger

Excellent service and fantastic quality of food. Great location , near the railway station and access to the national park. Everyone seems to care to make our visit memorable

« Petit coin de paradis ! »

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le lieu est très agréable avec son jardin fleuri et sa piscine (parfaite pour supporter les grosses chaleurs). Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses et très propres. Le personnel est au petit soin et très souriant - nous avons directement réservé le safari avec eux et avons eu la chance de voir 5 tigres. Et pour finir, le buffet proposé est très bien et bon. Bref c’est un sans faute pour cet établissement que je recommande fortement !

Nice hotel to stay for tiger safaris

The room was big, the pool area was nice, and the buffet was tasty. It was a 15 ride to the Ranthambore National park where the safaris take place.

It was located near event venues and got really loud until 10-11pm because of weddings. The double bed was actually two singles pushed together. The garden was a bit run down.

Overall I would recommend this place for a few nights when visiting Ranthambore.

Breakfast was fantastic and had a great variety. All of the dining staff were very friendly. The reception staff were also friendly and helped us organise safari tours and contact our next accommodation to sort out some booking issues. Overall would recommend for visitors to Ranthambore.

The hot water is limited.

A friendly hotel, conveniently located, providing an excellent safari service

The staff were attentive and genuinely joyful. The pool grounds are a little oasis and the outside bar and fire pits are an excellent addition. We enjoyed the activities provided to the tour groups including musicians and dancing and small black pottery demonstration and stall. The rooms are spacious and the shower is hot with good pressure. The safaris are well organised and blankets were essential- thank you! We appreciated the complimentary refreshments before the morning safari and after our return by the pool in the afternoon. The coffee is good here. The fresh tandoor naans are excellent. The spa menu offered different services and the various massages were all authentic and great! It’s near to the safari park and we saw a female tiger and 3 clubs! We would stay here again.

Tour groups frequently use the hotel so the restaurant gets very busy and noisy and is lit brightly. If the weather was warmer we would have preferred to eat outside for a better ambiance. We would have preferred an a la carte option as an alternative to the buffet when you are staying multiple nights. The indoor bar area again lacks ambiance which would be enhanced by creating more intimate seating areas and lighting. Unfortunately we had food poisoning on our third night having only eaten at the hotel. We had horrific sickness and diarrhoea all through the night. When I reported this to the front desk at checkout they showed no concern or apology. I asked for plastic bags for sickness since we would not have chosen to travel unless the itinerary demanded it. On check in at our next hotel we have spent a further 24 hours in bed and visited the chemist for more medication. This was not an upset stomach, we travel India regularly. We were disappointed at the hotel’s indifferent reaction to our situation.

El hotel esta bien, pero lo de ver tigres.....

Buen hotel con buenos servicios, y la habitación que me dieron era amplia y cómoda. El personal muy atento y agradable.

Sobre el hotel, ningún problema. Lo único es que me temo que no solo en nuestro caso, si no en general la visita al Parque Nacional es un poco fiasco. Se va allí para ver tigres, no para ver un paisaje ni un ecosistema que tampoco es especialmente llamativo. Y los tigres no se suelen ver. Ya lo saben por eso, en las excursiones no les importa sacarte casi a la hora que sea.
